توليد توقعات المبيعات من CRM ، أوامر الفعلية والتوقعات الإحصائية
التواصل مع فريق المبيعات لتحديد توقعات المبيعات
تحقق من صحة البيانات.
التواصل مع توقعات سلسلة التوريد المصرية.
التواصل مع الفريق المالي لتقييم التوقعات
إنشاء أوامر شراء للبائعين الخارجيين وتوصيل جداول التسليم.
إدارة مشاكل التوريد مع البائعين والمبيعات
تحليل وتقرير الأخطاء المتوقعة والأسباب الجذرية
متابعة جداول التسليم الخاصة بسلسلة التوريد المتفق عليها
التواصل والمشاركة في اجتماعات الطلب عبر مكالمات المؤتمرات.
مسؤول عن صحة الطلب على بيانات SAP الرئيسية.
تقدير وتقرير إغلاق إدارة المبيعات الشهر استناداً إلى حالة الطلبات الفعلية.
التنسيق مع مختلف الفرق بشأن تقديرات التسليم لمختلف أوامر المشروع / قضايا القدرات / البنود المتأخرة ... الخ

إنشاء أوامر شراء للبائعين الخارجيين للعملاء أوامر الشحن المباشر.
يتصل مع البائع الخارجي للتسليمات.

الوصف الوظيفي
Main Roles & Responsibilities (Not limited to)Generate the sales forecast from CRM, actual orders and statistical forecast
Liaise with the Sales team to establish the sales forecast
Check for correctness of data.
Communicate the forecast to Egypt supply chain.
Liaise with the finance team for the valuation of the forecast
Create purchase orders for external vendors and communicating delivery schedules.
Manage supply issues with the vendors and sales
Analyze and report forecast errors and root causes
Follow up on agreed supply chain special delivery schedules
Communicate and participate in demand meetings via conference calls.
Responsible of correctness of demand on SAP master data.
Estimate and report to sales management month closing based on actual orders status.
Coordinate with various teams on the delivery estimations of various project orders/ capacity issues/overdue items..etc
